DK Market

DK Market is a product ordering app designed for market staff. This policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

DK Market does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data remains on your device.

• Favorites: Items you star are saved locally on your device using on-device storage (AsyncStorage). This data never leaves your device.
• Camera: The app requests access to your device camera solely to scan product barcodes (UPC/EAN) and PLU sticker codes. Camera images are processed on-device and are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted.
• Order data: When you place an order, the order details are formatted and handed directly to your device's default email app. DK Market does not send or store this information independently.

Camera access is used exclusively for scanning barcodes and PLU codes to quickly find products. The camera feed is processed locally on your device using on-device text recognition. No images or video are saved or transmitted.

You can revoke camera access at any time in your device Settings.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any data with third parties. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking libraries in this app.

Favorites are stored locally on your device and can be removed at any time by un-starring items within the app or by uninstalling the app entirely.

DK Market is intended for use by market staff and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
